How it works every day

Upload the daily Transaction Excel and the latest Customer export. ETReportHub reconciles them into a local SQLite database, computes the day’s numbers, and surfaces what changed so the team can decide and act instead of rebuilding a sheet.

The point is not another dashboard. It is knowing sooner what changed, which members need action, where a channel is losing efficiency, and what the team should handle first.

What it changes day to day

Five modules: Performance, Members, Channels, Trends, and CRM export. Performance tracks deposits, withdrawals, net deposit, and active members. Members can be filtered by risk, activity, deposit recency, and conversion status, then exported as a CRM-ready list. Channels show where volume moves; Trends show it over time; a wide Excel export stays available for management.

Four short lessons, about eight minutes in total with Chinese subtitles and demo data: signing in and navigation; the daily upload of Transaction and Customer Excel with the import checks; reading daily, weekly, and compare-mode reports and exporting them; and member, segment, channel, trend, and brand-comparison analysis. Each lesson lists its key steps beside the video.

Deployment

ETReportHub is deployed privately with local SQLite storage: Excel in, decisions out, and no operator data leaves the deployment. A public demo runs on fixed sample data, and the pricing page explains the RM4,890 launch package.
