What this site is
Eden Tan builds products, data tools, and AI systems out of messy human situations: a pet-friendly discovery app, a private poker table, an iGaming daily-report engine, a motorcycle-loan dashboard, and a personal Life OS. Each one is documented here as a working system, with the reasoning kept next to the build.
The site has three layers that link to each other. Projects hold the builds. Notes hold the essays on systems, judgment, strategy, and money. The Wiki holds reusable build skills extracted from those projects so the same lesson does not have to be relearned.

Read the essay on turning chaos into systems first, then open any app on the Projects shelf. The homepage also hosts a small Mini Coin Slot built on Penney’s Game, with a daily credit quota and a visitor leaderboard.
